What do you know about Einstein? If you do, do you know what makes us talk about him decades after his death? Do you know about his work on the theory of relativity?
Objectives
This webquest was developed to deepen the understanding of adolescents about Einstein. However, adults can also learn from this webquest.
It is also developed to inspire a younger generation to do better in whatever field they choose in life.
It involves links to other websites,videos e.t.c
This webquest is also designed to gradually unfold Einstein and his work on relativity to whoever is following this webquest. I encourage you to make use of all the resources attached including the youtube clips.
At the end of this webquest, you should be able to write a short essay about and his work on the theory of relativity.
Task
During my fieldwork, I observed how a Math teacher used art and literature to teach principles of mathematics.
This motivated me to create a new task for you. Your task will be to write what you have learnt about Einstein and his
work on the theory of relativity in a two page essay.
You should discuss what you understand about the theory of relativity.
Also you should write about how Einstein has motivated you to do better in whatever path you will choose too follow in
the future.

Teacher Page
As noted earlier, the reason I decided to give an essay was because of what I observed in a real Math class. The teacher
used art and literature to teach math so that the students can learn more than one thing at the same time. This kind of
task is very useful because in the process of students learning mathematics through this webquest they can also learn
history by looking back into Einstein's life, Improve their writting skills by writting the essay they are assigned to do.
It is also much easier to teach students of today through computer applications since almost everything is revolving
around the computer. It is more fun to watch videos online than sit down in class and get lectured at.
