Tessellations WebQuest

Introduction

As we wrap up our Geometry Unit 11, you will be doing a final project: creating your own tessellation. Before you do, you must understand what a tessellation is and it’s history. While exploring, be thinking about a design for your own tessellation that you will be creating after this webquest.

 


Task

You are going to be exploring the world of tessellations by visiting several websites. These websites may lead you to other websites about tessellations. Feel free to explore these and use them to answer the questions on your handout.  You must answer all questions using complete sentences.
