This Science activity is for 3rd grade and it covers 3.12. B TEKS. The lesson idea is designed to teach students about the importance of earthworms in our environment.
Task
Your job is to become an Earthworm Expert and create an All About Earthworms booklet or a mini-poster with facts and illustrations.
You will:
- Learn what worms look like and how they move.
- Discover where they live and what they eat.
- Discover how they benefit plants and soil.
- Show what you've learned with words and pictures.
You will present or submit your project to your teacher.
Process
Step 1: Learn about worms
