Introduction
Practice makes perfect but it becomes difficult to get new ideas for food illustrations on a regular basis. The utmost solution for this dilemma is to research. I am a food illustrator myself and when I think I am running out of ideas, I go out and visit food markets and stalls to get the right inspiration. For you need to have a highly imaginative and creative mind but research and knowing about the recent design trends in illustrations matters too. I personally prefer food illustrations that are minimalistic but have mundane colors. What kind of illustrations do you people like the most?
