Introduction
Today we will be learning the important element of conflict and how it enhances a story.
Objectives:
- To research on the internet to find credible sources to support our answers.
- To understand and connect sources to the main question
Task
You will be researching the topic on a computer, phone or any device that has access to internet.
You will type the question, or a rephrased version of the question, into the search bar of any search engine you choose.
You will analyze the different sources to determine which is a credible source.
You will write a list of reasons you find from the sources.
Process
Some questions to think of and possibly include in your research:
- What are some examples in movies/books/tv shows that have a conflict that assists to the plot?
- Is conflict the most important element? Is there something else more important?
Evaluation
Conclusion
Let's see what we learned:
- What kinds of sources did we find? Were most credible? Were they hard to find?
- Was anything surprising that you found?
- What was your favorite thing you found in your research?
Hopefully, you take the information you found and find it in the many different things you watch and read--and possibly include it in your own work one day!
