Introduction
The weather station needs your help in informing your fellow people in the community of the weather for the first week of next month!!

Task
The task is to collect data of weather with different homemade instruments that can be created from simple household objects! At the end, students can collect weather data for 3 consecutive weeks and make their prediction based on results.
Process
The groups will be divided as needed, and some will be assigned certain tasks such as data collection, tool production, and data analysis from collected information. Student will use Web information to creat tools to record data with such as a thermometer, hydrometer, barometer, and other tools which can be used to collect data. Over the course of 2-3 weeks, these students will then try to predict future weather patterns for the next week. Though the predictions may not be dead on, building and learning to use these tools can be very useful, creative, and interesting way to help student’s process data.

Evaluation
You will be graded on the following:
1) Participation in collecting data
2) Preparation of data collecting devices
3) How the groups work together to analyze data
4) Overall data and predictions collected over the course of the weeks.
Conclusion
The town appreciates everything the students have done to help record this week of weather! Good Job!!
