Short Story Unit
Soon you will be instructed to create a short story using the conventions of story-telling. We have looked at the conventions of storytelling and the structure of a short story. You will utilise these to the best of your ability during your short story creation
When you construct a short story, you should be focusing on using your textual devices and writing style to shape representations of people, places, events, and concepts.
Task
After reading about the different elements of a story, you will look at the story on your sheet and identify factors that contribute to narrative structure. By identifying narrative structural elements, you will be more equipped to implement them in your own assignment.
