Introduction
Hello! And welcome to the San Diego zoo! Throughout your visit, you will find information about how these animals live, which class of vertebrate your animal is classified in and the characteristics of those animals. Click the task tab to find out the requirements for each of the categories.
Task
For your task you will seek out a rare and unusual animal and study that animal until you understand how it is uniquely adapted to its environment (this is an animal that you will invent). Throughout this project you will research to discover how real animals are adapted to meet the challenged of survival, and then you will apply what you learn about the animal to create the new species that you discovered.
