Today you will be in charge of cyber-shopping in order to help out the senior citizens in your community!

Task

Unit Pricing Webquest Activity

You have been hired for "Lifelong Patient's Care Services". As a part of your duties and responsiblities, you are required to go shopping for each patient. Many of your patient's are senior citizens, and as a result, they are on fixed incomes. Due to the fact, you spend much of your time looking through sale papers from local stores trying to find the best deals for your patients. You have two stores that you like to shop in, in particular. The stores include Harvey's and IGA. You are in charge of finding the items listed on the next page and you are to locate the sale price. Your job is to find the unit price/price per item of the items on the list.

For each item, find the unit rate indicated (in dollars).  Once you have all of the unit rates, circle the better deal.

When you are completely done finding the best deals then answer the questions at the end of the sheet. Turn in the sheet when finished.
