Introduction

A Sport is all forms of physical activity which, through casual or organized participation, aim to use, maintain or improve physical fitness and provide entertainment to participants. Sports may be competitive, where a winner or winners can be identified by objective means, and may require a degree of skill, especially at higher levels. Participants in sports are expected to practice good sportsmanship during and after their competition. Our coaches have hired our class to research many different sports and decide a sport to add the activities. Click on task below to continue.

Process

1. You will be divided into teams of six
2. Each team member will be assigned a sport.
3. Each team member will explore the websites given to research their sport's rules,history, and popularity.

Each team will discuss in their group, from the reseach they gathered, what sport the school add. From there the teams will present the sport to the class and give reasons why the sport should be added. The three major questions that students need to answer on and present to the class are:

1. Why might adding this sport be a positive impact to our school?

2.Where would this sport be played?

3.Who might Be able to participate in this sport?

Upon completion of this webquest students should be able to describe multiple sports and work well with a group to come up with one possible solution.
