True Meaning of Christmas

           The true meaning of Christmas is not about presents and candy and food. The true meaning of Christmas is about Jesus’ birthday. If you don’t already know Jesus was born on Christmas. Most of you probably know about the basic story of how Jesus was born in a manger and shepherds and three kings came to the barn to congratulate the birth of Jesus,   but here is the real story.

            Mary and Joseph where trying to get to Bethlehem and Mary was getting ready to give birth to Jesus. A huge sand storm started to form and Mary and Joseph could barely see. When they made it to Bethlehem no one would let them into their inns. Finally one man told them that they could sleep in his stable. When the got there all of the animals came around to see the new born baby.

            Mean while some shepherds where watching their flock when the angle Gabriel came and told them that the son of god has been born. Write then a star appeared in the sky. It was a very special star. The shepherds started to move toward the light.

            A couple of miles away three kings where already fowling the star. They had seen the star and stared to move closer to it. They had all sorts of gold and money.

            When the shepherds came they gave the baby Jesus a baby sheep and some money. Mary thanked them and they were on their way back to their job.

            Three days later the kings came and gave Mary and Joseph and baby Jesus all sorts of gifts like frankincense, gold, and myrrh. After they spent some time with Jesus they left.
