Trash Talks

Introduction

Have you ever listened to your trash? Does it speak? What does it say? Trash talks! You've heard it before: reduce, reuse, recycle! You task is to create a life cycle for three different types of trash. After learning about the various life cycles of trash, and how to manage it, choose three pieces of trash that could be reduced, reused, and recycled and create a life cycle for each. 

Task

Your task, should you accept it, will entail you to get a bit dirty and do a lot of trash talking!

1. Learn what the three Rs are.

2. Define the three Rs.

3. Provide at least one example for each of the three Rs.

4. Become an expert on the three Rs, and create a life cycle for one of each of the three Rs.

5. The life cycle should include a drawing and words.

Do you speak trash now!? You can become a local expert for your area! Visit local banks, grocery stores, shoe stores, landfills, and recycle centers to test your knowledge. See how you can help reinforce the three Rs on a local level. Test your knowledge, while taking a risk, and speak for the trash! Take the knowledge you now know and go out into the community and beyond!
