The Roman Gladiators by Taylor Dorsey

Introduction

Do you like to watch people get tackled in football, beat up in the boxing wring, or even watch the movie The Hunger Games? Well, Rome use to have their own way of entertainment envolving people and animals getting hurt and even dyeing.  The Roman culture was very different from the way we live now, but some things do not change; like watching people fight for entertainment.  Read Gladiators by P. Hoblin and find out if you would want to be a Gladiator or not.

Task

You are about to find out what it takes to be a Roman Gladiator! Are you ready for this dangerous adventure? As you read Gladiators you will experience the life of a Gladiator. Find out if you would want to be a Gladiator or not by researching the life of a Roman citizen verses the life of a Roman Gladiator. Record Data in your Cultur Journal.
