Welcome to Mrs. Baggett's Relations and Functions Webquest!!
Here, students are introduced to Relations and Functions. Upon completion, students should be able to discuss the difference between (a) relations and functions, (b) domain and range, and (c) how to determine whether or not a function is represented when analyzing tables, graphs, and coordinates.

Process
This is a collaborative pair assignment!! However, EACH partner is responsible for all written data from the following task(s). Task 1 - After watching all videos, answer the following questions on your worksheet: 1. Explain the easiest way to see if a relation represents a function. (as stated in one of the videos) 2. What is the definition of a relation? 3. Write 3 examples of a relation. 4. What is the domain of a set or ordered pair? What is the range? 5. What is the definition of a function? 6. Complete this statement: Whenever the ____ appears more than once, it is NOT a function. 7. Explain the vertical line rule.
