Recessive Disease Project - 8th Grade

Introduction

Each student is to pick a recessive disease and research it. With this research you are going to make a slide show presentation. You will present your presentation to the class. You just have to have it approved by Mrs. Rishell. There cannot be duplicates within any class.

Task

Step 1: Each student is to select one type recessive disorder.

Step 2: Conduct an internet or library research. (5 sources)

Step 3: Write a powerpoint. (15 slides + source slide)

Step 4: Present powerpoint in front of the class.

Pick a Topic. Have it approved. Begin your research: Fill out a Source and Notes Page for every source you collect information. (no copying or pasting) There is a min. of 5 sources.
