Students will research the compontents of a healthy lifestyle and investigate the effects of an inactive lifestyle. 

Task

Your tasks: 

  1. Guided investigation of the risks involved with a sedentary lifestyle and how can you prevent them with the use of a worksheet. 
  2. Take a physical fitness test to evaluate your personal health.
  3. What is the FITT priciple? What are the 8 training priciples? Set goals. 
  4. Create a month long fintess program based on your training goals and interests.
