If you eat healthy you will most likely be healthy and if you eat unhealthy you will be unhealthy. This webquest has been created for you, so that you can explore nutrition and how it affects your life.

Your Chef has been diagnosed with obesity. He has asked you to help him with better eating habits.
*Your assignment is to prepare a healthy and tasty menu using the "My Plate" theory, including portion sizes and nutritional values.*
Process

1. List food groups and recommended servings in USDA's "My Plate".
2. Discuss dietary guidelines and recommended dietary allowances.
