Introduction

Introduction

seven years old Tommy has just received a robot for his birthday from his  dad. he named the robot frank. Tom wipes up frank everyday so he stays clean. Tom always play with frank everyday. Sometimes franks would lift up tom and hug him. They always sit in the couch and watch cartoons together. Because franks is apporating like a human tom became confused because he cannot tell if frank is a living thing or not.

Now tom needs your help, to figure out if franks is a living or none living thing. Inorder for you to help him you must carry out a research on what are living things and the characteristics of living things. Look forward in seeing tom and frank at your next class session where you will present your findings. First you must select a 4 person team to complete this mission.

I had difficulties with my group, but I helped my group somewhat.

I had no problems working with my group.

Use of Resources

I did not use the resources.

I used some resources well.

I used all the resources I had to finish my reports.

Written explanation of why you picked those characteristics

It was sloppy and missing parts.

It was okay, but something was missing.

Conclusion

Dear Team,

Congratulations!  Your team has discovered what living things are and the characteristics of living things. Based on there findings they were able to tell if the robot is a living thing or non-living thing. We have also learned a large amount of valuable information about some living and non-living things based on your presentation. Thank you for your hard work.

Sincerely,

Mission Commander
