Introduction

BiPolar disorder is a scary disorder. You can go from being extremely energetic to extremely sad and depression within a matter of hours. People struggle with this disorder and it is hard to fight due to no cure. We will go through the basic facts about the disorder and dive into the health side of bipolar disorder through diet and supplements. Through this WebQuest I hope to teach knowledge about the disorder and give help.
