Introduction
Michigan possesses many natural resources that make it such a beautiful state. However, it is important to maintain these resources, are our resources in danger?

Task
Your task is to pick one of Michigan's natural resources and its threats to research. At the end of the project you will able to tell me whether it is a past and/or present threat, and what Michigan has done in the past and is currently doing to protect these resources. I am also interested in how this natural resource benefits the state of Michigan.
Do you agree with what is being done to protect the natural resource? If not, how would you change it?
