This web-quest will introduce you to the elements of Marxist Literary Theory.  Take a minute to consider some of the words in the collage to the left.  By the end of this, you will know why Madonna said "music... lets the bourgeouises come together" etc.

To gain an understanding of Marxist literary theory and a working language of the terms unique to this theory.
