Introduction
Oh no! Christmas is almost here and you haven't gotten anyone anything! You haven't even thought about what you were going to get them! Do you even know how much you can spend? What are you going to do?

Task
You are going to work the rest of this week on figuring out what to get them for Christmas! You have $50 to spend on each family member and yourself. You can't go over budget but the gifts need to be thoughtful.

Process
You will be looking through sale bills and cutting out pictures of things you think your family members will like.

After you have narrowed it down you will have to add everything up and make sure you stay withing your $50 budget. That is $200 for a family of four.

Once you have narowed it down for each family member you will start gluing the pictures onto construction paper.
Evaluation
You have to stay on task throughtout the week. You will be getting participation grades daily. At the very end of the project you will present this at our Holiday Party to your family. I will give you final grade then. You will be graded on your math, it all needs to be added up correctly and you didn't go over budget. You will be graded on your presentation as well. As you scroll down you will find a rubric. Be sure to look over it carefully.
