How to prevent injuries

Introduction

This webquest is designed for 7-12th grade physical education students who are either injured and cannot participate in class or for students who have missed a class and need to make-up for the absence. In this webquest you will find 5 links to webstes to help you in answering the questions and essays. You have 3 days after the adsence to complete or if you are injured it i due at the end of class.

Task

Follow all directions completely.  Read the questions and then use the links to answer those questions. From this research and questions, you will learn how to prevent, know causes and symptoms and how to treat/rehab the injury.

Read the questions rovided and use the wesites to answer
