Introduction
Romanticism was an artistic, literary, intellectural, and creative ways to write poems that originated in Europe at the end of the 18th century and in lots of areas was at its peak in the approximate period from 1800 to 1850. Henry Wadsworth Longfellow was known for being a romantic poet in the 1800's. He wrote very long poems not the same as most other poets. Romanticism poets mainly focus on The American hero, youth, Purity, nature, and quest for higher truth. Henry would talk about the wind being the voice at night. The imagination Henry had was quite amazing. Romanticism poets are also very religious and believed everything reflected upon "Divine Souls". They believed that you could find god through nature a reason why they loved romanticism poetry.

Henry wadswroth was born in portland, Maine on february 27th ,1807. He was known for his romanticism poetry and also for writting many long poems. Before becoming a poet he taught aty harvard university in cambridge, Massashussetts and then later on became a poet.Henry's very first poem was Voices of the Night, he then became a full time writer in 1854. Henry was married twice . His first wife die from a miscarrige her name was Mary storer Patter. His second wife was Frances elizabeth Appleton who dies because her dress caught on fire. He was also a father of six. Some rough experience with love but a great poet and song writter. Henry wrote "Paul Rever's Ride' the song of hiawatha. Living as a poet he spent his life in Camrbidge Massachusetts to focus on his poetry. He lived in a former revolutuoinary waar headquarters of George Washington. He later on died on Marchth, 1882 at the age of 75
