Apple cider vinegar and water diet :is promoted in books and celebrity endorsed by Miranda Kerr and Megan fox 

I think this may be successful because celebrities recommend it and books say it works 

I believe this would be unsuccessful and many people complained that it doesn't work

My diet that created is the spinich diet it is very high in antioxidents and is a good source of vitamian A,B2,C,K and is full of magnesium. A recent study found a bowl of spinach every day increases muscle efficiency. Researchers from the Karolinska Institute in Sweden found participants who consumed 300 grams of spinach a day reduced the amount of oxygen required to power their muscles while exercising by five per cent. The effect was noticable after just three days of spinach consumption.The flavonoids and antioxidants found in spinach, particularly the antioxidant beta-carotene, have been shown in multiple studies to help combat many cancers.
