Introduction
Imagine this... You're an Ecologist working in the heart of the Everglades. Your sole purpose is to try to restore the balance of endangered populations of the Florida Panther, Snail Kites, Bald Eagles, and many other animals. You will need to observe the distribution of species, resourses, and nutrients in order to determine how to begin your restoration project. You will need to understand the interactions which take place between species, learn as much as you can about how the landscape has changed since humans have settled in the area, and figure out what impacts we've had on the species in question in order to take the best course of action.
