Introduction
WELCOME TO THE FORENSICS OF LYING!!! Here you will find information you can use to create a presentation on techniques of interrogation and how to recognize if someone is lying.
Task
You will research effective techniques for interrogation to help with determining if someone is lying. Each group is responsible for teaching the class a different aspect of interrogation techniques and how to tell if the suspect is lying. Soon, you will be investigating a crime, so take this information very seriously...it may come in handy very, very soon!
Group 1: Interrogation Techniques
Group 2: Stature/Posture, Repetitiveness, Overcompensating
Group 3: Covering the Mouth/Vulnerable Parts while speaking, Shuffling Feet, Blinking, Pointing
Group 4: Grooming, Verbal/Non-Verbal Disconnect
Group 5: Motives for Lying
After researching, you will then create a presentation for training fellow students on the techniques you research.
Your presentation can be in any digital format (Google Slides, Prezi, PPT, etc.)! Be CREATIVE!
