We have all learned a bit about Captain Kidd. We know that his life was eventful, and his demise was tragically questionable. The UNKNOWN is what intrigues us the most. Where is his famous treasure?! Come with us, and explore some possible Treasure Spots along the NY-NJ Coastline!
Task
The stories and myths that involve Captain William Kidd are never-ending. However, there are several that involve the final days before his eventual demise. Kidd himself claimed he had buried treasure that he would give to the government if they would just spare his life. While he did not specifically say where that buried treasure was, there is a certain section of the country where many claim he visited in his final days. We are going to explore these possible sites along the NY and NJ coastline.
