Introduction
What is disability? Disability, according to the ADA, is defined as “person who has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities.” When most people think of a disability, they primarily focus on the physical aspects of it such as being confined to a wheelchair; however, there are disabilities that are invisible to the eye but have a great impact of individuals who are affected by it such as learning disabilities. Up to fifteen percent of the U.S. population has some type of learning disability.
