Introduction
The people of Marrowbone recently decided they wanted to have a local zoo. But on it's way to Marrowbone, the trailer carrying the new zoo animals crashed. None of the animals were hurt, but they escaped. The zoo employees need you to help make sure the animals get to the new zoo safe and sound.
Task
The animals that escaped were a chimpanzee, a lion, a tiger, a grizzly bear, and a zebra.
Using the websites given, find out the following:
1. What do each of the animals look like? (Provide a 2-3 sentence description of each animal)
2.What kind of environment are the animals used to? (What kind of climate/landscape do they live in in the wild?)
3. Where will the animals sleep? (Tell what kind of shelter each animal would live in in the wild.)
4. Could the animals survive in Marrowbone? Why or why not?
After you find your answers, create a PowerPoint presentation with a slide for each animal and the information you found about that animal. You will present the presentaion to the class.
