Eating Healthier as a Student

Introduction

Young students in todays society are getting away from eating healthier and are going more towards eating junk food, and food that its not fit for a student at a young age to be eating, on a daily basis. Parents need to step up and take a stand on getting their children eating more nutritious and healthier food so that Americas future bright students can live a healthy life. So what can parents do to begin this process?

Task

At the end of the process the student will have learn to appreciate healthy food and the positive impacts that it can have on some ones life, it can save students from health problems along down the road as well. Student will also learn how to manage their diet (with their parents help) and can continue to live a healthier more proactive lifestyle.

 

Process

Watching this video can give Parent and Students a better understanding of the process of eating healthier and the kinds of food to  eat.

Evaluation

At the beginning and end of each month the parent can evaluate the students process by giving them exercises to do and can evaluate by how well they complete each task. Another way could be weighing the student, and if the goal is met then the student will receive a prize for their good work.

Conclusion

At the end of the process the student will have learned to eat more responsibly and will depend more on eating healthier food rather leaning towards eating junk food, it’s amazing what nutritious food is out when parents push their children to eat more healthy. So what does it mean to be fit and in shape? Ask the person who just got done reading this web quest. After completing the process I want students and parent to expand their mind outside of just eating healthier and even though it important, working out and drinking the right the right fluids can also lead to a healthier life but another web quest for another day.
