Introduction

Get ready to put on your scuba suits as we Dive into Oceanography!

Oceanography is the study of oceans, as the name implies, and is also known by the name of Oceanology. The ocean is a massive place, filled with thousands of species of fish!

Did you know that the ocean covers over 70% of the planet Earth? And that there are still some parts of the Ocean that humans have never seen?

The ocean is a very interesting place, and today, you'll be able to explore it from the safety of your classroom. No getting gobbled up by a shark for you, explorers! But would a shark even want you on it's dinner plate? I guess you'll have to read more about them and find out.
