Common Barn Owl, Elf Owl, Barred Owl, Great Horned Owl, Burrowing Owl,Eastern Screech Owl.

Birds of Prey and Owl Adaptations

The databases in MackinVia has a lot of great information on Birds of Prey and Owl Adaptations.

Click on the word GROUPS in the red box on the left and then click on Fourth Grade Owl Research.  There should be four resources shown.

Britannica School - type "bird of prey" in the search box 

World Book - type "birds of prey" in the search box to answer the first few questions.  Type "owls" in the search box for owl adaptations.  

Owls Book by Julie Lundgren.  Open Now will bring you to the general information about the book.  You must click on the Table of Contents and then the cover of the book to actually open the book.
