Process
Do some research and see if you can find a correlation between his public life, private life and those morose paintings. Investigate what might have been going on in Dali's life that might have contributed to these morose episodes and night terrors. Was there any personal tragedies, or affairs of the heart, possibly during this period? How was the world around him?
