Introduction

Have you ever wonder if you are comsuming enough calories every day? Or do you think you are eating too many? The amount of calories a person should be consuming can depend on that person.  Males and females will differ in their amount.  Athletes will probably need to consume more than they are used too.  This activity is desgined to help you keep track of the number of calories each day so you can compare your totl the the total that is recommended.
