Task
Follow the directions, be creative, and have fun...you'll do great!
Process
Part I:
- Read through all the topics at the link below.
- Find one that interests you.
- Choose your topic by clicking on ---> http://www.middleschooldebate.com/topics/topicresearch.htm
Part II:
- After you choose your topic, click on it.
- Next, click on the links under the topic.
- There should be at least one link for the pros of the debate and one link for the cons. There might also be a link with both the pros and the cons in it. If for some reason there are not both pros and cons for your topic, you can either find them on Google or choose another topic.
- Remember, if the links provided don't give enough information, Google "Pros and Cons of (your topic)
- If there's still not enough information to do your PowerPoint, then choose another topic
Part III:
- Open up your Powerpoint
- Save it as "Final Exam: Your Full Name"
- Begin with Slide 1 and...
- FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS EXACTLY
Part IV: Create your powerpoint
REMEMBER: IF YOU CANNOT FIND THE INFORMATION YOU NEED FOR EACH SLIDE ON YOUR TOPIC, CHOOSE ANOTHER TOPIC WITH MORE INFORMATION

- Title: Pros (3 points)

- Your opinion on the pro argument and why you have that opinion (3 points)

Slide 4:
- Title: Cons (3 points)

Part VI: Editing
- All titles should be centered
- All titles should be capitalized (only words more than 3 letters)
- All words on all slides should be spelled right. If there is a line under it, do spell check or ask me!
- All answers must be in complete sentences
- Re-read every slide. Your word and grammar usage must be correct
