The Cold War was fought between the USA and the Soviet Union (USSR). It started due to the USA and the USSR both being superpowers, and USSR threatening the USA and moving missiles into Cuba (In range of the USA). The USA felt threatened and told them to leave, but no combat ever took place, making this a Cold War. Who was more of a threat during the Cold War? Did any other countries take action to either the USA or USSR (from a combat standpoint)? Which countries in particular were involved in the Cold War?
