The United States and the Soviet Union flags going head to headThe Cold War was fought between the Soviet Union and the United States. The cold war was from 1947-1991. It started because the Soviet union threatend the United States by moving weapons into Cuba, and they were both superpowers. 

Task

You will write an essay that includes the causes of the war, effects of the war, the space race, what was the arms race, how did the Korean War come about, the vietnam war and the ending of the Cold War. 

First you will research 5 articles. Then you will evaluate both sides of the situation/argument. Next you will conduct a rought draft. Then you'll write the final paper. And last you will answer the questions.
