Introduction
The Cold War was a battle between idieloligies and the argument of which side was stronger or which side was better. The war effected many not just the U.S and USSR. The war lasted very long and changed a lot everywhere.

3.) could the Cold War have been avoided if so how?
The U.S flag next to the Soviet unions flag. Shows the battle against each other to become the only superpower.
The U.S territory and USSR territory, both the U.S and USSR are huge superpowers and they didnt like that idea.
Task
Task write a paper about the Cold War and it effects on the world, be sure to included who was involved and why.
Directions- 1.)you will have to research the Cold War,2.) find further information on who was involved, .3) find information on the effects of the Cold War 4.) Respond/write your paper, and finally 5.) answer the essential question.
Process
1.) Begin reading various articles to gain information on the Cold War and its effects, must have at least five (60 minutes). 2.) find two articles that briefly explain who was involved in the Cold War and why (30 minutes). 3.) Find two articles that explain how other countries where effected by the Cold War (30 minutes). 4.) write your paper on the Cold War and its effects (60 minutes). 5.) answer the essential question and be sure to included the examples you found from the multiple text.
