Introduction
Every kid planning on being coach has a dream to coach at the next level which is college,but few actully get a chance to achive this dream.I have been asked to teach a group of young future coaches the skills to being a college basketball coach.
Task
The main goal of this project is to educate these young future on did coaching styles and how effective each style is. The students will also right a one page paper on how they themselves would change the style and explain why or why not?
Process
The students will:
- Research 3 different coaches and their styles of coaching.
- Pick 1 of the 3 and write a one to two page paper on why they chose that coach, and if they would change the coach style. Why or why not?
Evaluation
10Pts: Does not do any of the work at has been ask of them.
20Pts: Does some work but does not complete the final paper
30Pts: Does most of the work but do not fully understand what is say of them.
40Pts: Does all of the work but missed some points on the final paper
50Pts: Does all of the work and writes a good paper answering all questions asked.

Conclusion
The students did a great job on the project. They seemed to have really learned a lot from their research and they are more modivated then ever to achive their goals. They really enjoyed this project, and it will be something I do for years to come.
