Introduction
LETS LEARN CLASSIFY ANIMALS IN TO DIFFERENT GROUPS.

This webquest will help to explore and grab more knowledge about classifying the animals. It will also contribute familiar about technological tools which could be used in educational context.
Objectives: By the end of this period students will be able to
- Classify the given animals in to five groups accordingly.
- Intermingle with different technology gears to improve their learning and generating knowledge.

Oral discussion will be conducted in the class regarding their previous visits to the zoo. After that they will be asked to fill the first part of the KWL chart which includes what they already know about classification of animals.
TASK 2: Video Clip

This is a short video clip (5:45 minutes) which is based on classification of animals. This clip provides information on ways of classifying the animals based on their characteristics.
After watching the video clip, ask the students to fill the second part of the KWL chart. KWL chart will be in the Google drive.
TASK 3: Powerpoint presentaion

In this PPT there will brief explanation of characteristics of animals in different groups. Students will be asked to watch the ppt before doing the group task.
TASK 4: Individual work

In this task students will be asked to draw the animals for each group.
TASK 5: Group work
In this task students will be asked to form a fact file for the given group and they will be searching the information for the task on their own in the presence of the teacher and present it to the class.

Assessment and Evaluation
Here students will be using thumbs and smiley face strategy while the alternate groups are presenting. if their presentaion is good students will be showing a smiley face and so on.
After that they will be filling the 3-2-1 opinion sheet after the session.
3-2-1 opinion sheet will be on the google drive.
