Career Quest
Goal: To familarize yourself with Oregon Career Information Systems, the site we use in the Beaverton School District as the base for Career Education Curriculum.
All students must complete Question 1. After Questions 1 is complete, choose to explore sites for Question 2 or 3 and use the information in the Web site to answer the questions below the Web link. Be sure to read the complete articles! After you finish answering your questions, meet with your classmates to find out the answers to the remaining questions. Don't forget to answer the BIG QUESTION at the end.

After you log in to your CIS account, hover over "Occupations" (found on the green line at the top), then click on "Occupations" (the third option down on the second column under "Explore Occupations). Choose an occupations that interests you, then answer the following quesitons:1. What preparation does this occupation generally need?
2. What is the median wage for this occupation in Oregon?
3. What is the expected 10-year-growth percentage for this occupation in Oregon?
