Introduction
- Your goal is to write articles and reviews that will be published in our ML onling magazine. Apart from the writings, students will record videos about how to do the speaking exam in the CAE.
Task

Students will take part making a ML online magazine

Students will record videos with CAE speaking exam(pairs or threes).
Process
Written content

Students and teacher decide on topics for the articles and reviews and they decide on how the content is going to be organised.

Each student writes at least an article and a review for the magazine. (More writing tasks of class can be included if the students and teacher agree on that)

Students research for an image to go with the written piece online. (very careful with the copyright, this website is good for free images: https://pixabay.com

Students are given with some speaking exam tasks.

Students get in groups of three and prepare “ the perfect speaking exam” for Advanced. Students prepare the script for the speaking exam, the exam should be prepared, previously written. (students can decide whether the candidates are going to be good or bad, preferably good)
- Each team can choose the part (1, 2, 3 or 4) they want to work on. They think of the best way to answer the questions (appropriate vocabulary, complex grammar structures, fillers and expressions that make you sound natural, questions tags…)
- They can use : www.cambridgeenglish.org/images/173977-cambridge-english-first-speaking-test-examiner-comments.pdf where they can see examples and read the examiner's comments.
