The (insert partner company's name) is accepting prposals! There are four location sin need of new bridges, and the engineers would like our help in determining the best possible bridge for the jobs. You and your team will need to survey each of the sites, and conduct reseacrh to make your informed proposal.
Task
Work in pairs to complete the assignments located within this web quest. Make sure that you fully answer the questions so that you can be well-informed when creating your proposal.

1. Use this link to survey the sites in need of a bridge. Meet with your other teams members to decide on the site location that your team will focus on.

1. After watching the brianpop video, complete the quiz. MAKE SURE THAT YOU PRINT YOUR RESULTS AT THE END.
2. Use information you have gained from each of the sites to research the different types of bridges so that you can determine the best bridge for your location. Answer the following questions to help guide your research.
a. Which of the bridges will fit span(distance) at your site?
b. Is there a bridge that you know will not be a good choice? Why?
c. Are there specific requirements that your bridge needs to have in order to work for the site you chose? Which bridges will meet these specific needs?
d. Which bridge do you think would be best for the site your team chose?
3. Search the web for additional evidence to support the choice you made above. Copy the site address and include a minimum of two sentences describing the additional information you found.
