Introduction
Today you will be changing my recipe using multiplication and division.
So, let's get baking with Momma J.
Task
Your task is to take my cookie recipe and modify it to make 10 cookies. Then you will need to modify it to make 40 cookies.
You will need to show your data on a table sent to me via Google Drive.
Process
Momma J Cookie Recipe-Makes 20 cookies.
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 cup butter
Use multiplication and division to modify the recipe.
Step 1: Do the work in your notebook.
Step 2: Recipe for 10 cookies.
Step 3: Recipe for 40 cookies.
Step 4: Transfer the information from your notebook to create a table on Google Drive via a Google Document. Insert a Table.
Evaluation
Your Data Table must include:
2 Columns labeled with 10 cookie recipe and 40 cookie recipe. (1 point)
1 Column labeled with ingredients-include unit of measurement. (1 point)
Table Cells with correct conversion of measurements and work shown. (10 points)
HINT: Google Doc has equation signs that you can use. Click on INSERT then click on EQUATION.
