Introduction
Australia's Involvement in WWII

Introduction
We all know Australia has been involved in many wars over the past century and that many thousands of lives have been lost and changed forever.
Your mission is to discover the particular emphasis the Second World War had on the Australian home front, including the changing roles of women and use of wartime government controls (conscription, manpower controls, rationing and censorship).
You will be placed in teams of four and given links to follow to discover and document important information about Australia's past. It is in your hands to find out as much as you can about the wonderful men and women who laid their lives on the line and gave their all to make Australia the wonderful country it is today.
Do them proud and bring the past back to life for us to pay homage to these wonderful Australians and remember them for their sacrifices.
