Introduction

What is Health?

Does health only focus on one thing?

Why is your health so important?

The thing about health is that it completely depends on you and it can be very hard to maintain a good health status. Its important to be aware of the aspects of health so people can keep up with their overall health.

                                                  

Task

The goal for this webquest is for you to comprehend the different aspects of a healthy lifestyle and understand them, so that you yourself can improve upon your health knowledge and skills.   The task for this webquest is for you to create a visual representation(collage) of the three aspects of health

Your job is to take a journey and answer questions about the three aspects of health (physical, emotional, and social). The answers to these questions are going to be placed in the attached website.

Process

Step # 1- Use these resources  to get a good understanding of these aspects

Physical Health

Examples of Physical Health:

  • Walking a mile daily.
  • Playing soccer for 30 mins a week.
  • Eating fresh fruits and veggietables every night for dinner.

Emotional Health

Examples of Emotional Health:

  • Not getting in trouble in school.
  • Daily Meditation. 
  • Speaking to a parent or a consouler about your
  • current emotional health problems.

Social health

Examples of Social Health:

  • Not being stressed out.
  • Joining clubs to talk to others with the same intrest as you.
  • Treating others with respect.

Conclusion

This webquest should have given you a more clear look into the three aspects of health and there differences and similarities. I hope that you all will become aware of these aspects and try to improve on them.
