Congratulations! Your family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) has won $10,000 to go towards a week vacation to Disney World in Orlando Florida! It is up to you to plan out your week vacation. Choose which restaurants, hotels, and travel arrangement to use.

Task
Task
You are to plan a 1 week trip (including travel time) from Dallas, Texas to Orlando Florida for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). For this trip you have been awarded a budget of $10,000. You will need to determine your travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, money for food, and activities you will do throughout the week.
Your report should include:
- Daily plan of what you will do each day and estimated expenses (include food, activities, hotel, travel ect.)
- Travel plans, dates, estimated prices and reasoning behind your choice
- Hotel accommodations, estimated prices and reasoning for your choice
- Any other additional information you feel necessary.
Process

You will work in groups of 4 to plan your vacation.
Step 1:delegate roles amongst your group members.
Role 1: Banker - someone to keep track of the money to make sure you are staying within your budget
Role 2: Event Planner - someone in charge of activities done throughout the week and make sure you keep the trip within 1 week time frame.
Role 3: Travel Agent - someone in charge of hotel and travel arrangements for the trip.
Role 4: Efficiency Expert - Someone in charge of making sure everyone is staying on task to get the assignment completed and on time.

Once you have delegated responsibilities it is now time to do research to plan your trip!

Lastly, you will create a presentation to show the class. This should include the tasks you did earlier; such as daily activities with estimated price of each activity and food, a budget sheet that includes prices for hotel, travel, admission, and activities for your entire trip. At the end of your presentation you should include sites that you used to find your information. You may also include pictures that you feel enhance your presentation.
