Introduction
Introduction
The Nursing Profession was developed as a means to nurture, care for, promote healing and improve issues which created physical or mental health issues for human beings. Through its journey and attempt to enhance its theoretical principles, the Nursing Profession has utilized various theories to rehabilitate Schizophrenic clients. One such theory, phenomenology, views the client in a holistic manner; thereby, utilizing the client’s environment and lived experience to assist with the rehabilitation process. Often times the client’s environment and lived experience can indicate a rationale for the client’s current condition and additionally give insight to such entities, such as, the client’s family base. The family, as a whole, may provide beneficial assistance to the rehabilitation process by providing essential information pertaining to the client’s condition.

Conclusion
Conclusion
The Phenomenology Theory can impact various areas of the client’s life; for example: lived space, lived psychological, lived relation, lived body, and lived time and each of these can be applied to psychiatric – mental health nursing. The Phenomenological theory, which utilizes the client’s environment and lived experiences to promote health was beneficial to retrieving information to better enhance nursing interventions applied to Schizophrenia. The student shall understand the importance of viewing the client within a holistic manner and the positive attributes it offers. Moreover, the student should continue with knowledge gained from this lesson and attempt to apply the theory within other areas of nursing; thereby, promoting the continuum of learning.
