Introduction
Today you will be discovering the main characteristics about the Animal Kingdom. You will also describe how animals are classified by touring several diffferent websites and watching videos.
Task
Task 1: Open up google drive and go to google slides. Create a new google slide presentation and title it Animal Kingdom_Last Name
Task 2: Answer questions on your google slide as you tour the websites and videos in the process section of the webquest.
Task 3: When you have answered all questions as described in the process section of this webquest, submit your slide through google classroom.

1) Go to the website and read about the chacteristics that all animals share.

On your slide, list the characteristics that make something an animal.
2) Watch the two videos describing invertebrates and vertebrates. On your slide describe the difference between invertebrates and vertebrates.

On your google slide list each class of vertebrates and write ONE sentence about each.
4) Visit the following website and watch the slide show on invertebrates

On your google slide list each phylum of invertebrates and write ONE sentence about each.
5) On your google slide show, create a diagram that shows the classification of animals based on what you read/watched.
Evaluation
You will be evaluated on the completeness of your google slide show. Make sure you share this with your science teacher.
